Design, 3D printing, rubber molds, wax injection, casting, finishing and gold plating all happen under one roof in Erechim, Rio Grande do Sul. Only raw materials come from outside.
18k gold over protective layers
Brass base, acid copper, alkaline copper, an anti-allergy barrier layer, pre-gold and 18k gold, sealed with a cataphoretic e-coat varnish that protects the plating from tarnish and wear.
Gold layer defined by project
18k gold plating from 3 to 10 milésimos, the Brazilian industry measure for the gold layer, defined piece by piece according to the model, its use and your project.

Origalia Joias is a Brazilian manufacturer of 18k gold-plated brass jewelry, founded in 2016 in Erechim, Rio Grande do Sul, by goldsmith José de Camargo. Every production step happens in our own factory.

Yes. We work with retailers, boutiques, jewelers and online stores in Brazil and abroad, mainly in the United States and Europe. International shipping is arranged with our team for each order.

What is the lead time?
The average lead time is 45 days from order confirmation.
What are the pieces made of?
The pieces are made of brass, an alloy of copper and zinc, and plated with 18k gold on our own electroplating line. Before the gold, each piece receives copper layers, an anti-allergy layer and pre-gold. After the gold, a cataphoretic e-coat varnish protects the plating.
Do the pieces have a warranty?
Yes. All pieces have a manufacturing warranty of up to 1 year, and selected pieces have a lifetime warranty. Ask our team about the warranty of each model.
